Having been a technology leader and mentor with more than two decades of experience in enterprise architecture, systems design, and guiding high performing teams. My career has been shaped not only by technical excellence but by a deep commitment to coaching, developing, and empowering others.
Through years of leading internship and mentoring programs, I’ve learned how to recognize potential, speak to purpose, and help individuals step confidently into who they were created to be. Drawing from my professional journey, leadership training, and Christian walk, I now focus on equipping the next generation to build meaningful, purpose driven lives.
